This study aims to explore worship guidance as an approach to improving concentration and spiritual experience in congregational prayer. A qualitative case study was conducted at Al-Furqon Mosque, Tanjung Raya 2, Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia, over a six-month period from December 2025 to May 2026, through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving ten participants. Data were analyzed thematically using NVivo 12 through two-cycle coding and triangulation. The findings identified increased worship understanding and awareness, humanistic and contextual spiritual guidance, emotional and spiritual transformation, congregational solidarity, and challenges in maintaining worship consistency. The study concludes that continuous spiritual psychological guidance can support deeper and more sustainable prayer concentration.
